compatible

apps

Goodnotes is my recommended note-taking app because it’s reliable & intuitive — I use it with my own planner every day

Notability, Noteful, Noteshelf, and CollaNote support handwriting & navigation links — practical alternatives if you prefer using a different compatible note-taking app

Files serves strictly as a storage app and won’t support writing or navigation; OneNote is non-compatible because it can't import the planner at all

planner behavior varies by app, and using a compatible one keeps interactions stable — allowing pages & links to respond consistently

if your preferred app isn’t listed, you can request testing so I can check compatibility with handwriting tools and navigation links

request

testing

If the app you plan on using is not on the list above, please contact me before purchasing a planner or notebook. I will need to test the app in question and ensure that you’ll be able to use the full range of features in your file.

I test using my 12.9" iPad Pro (3rd generation) with my Apple Pencil (2nd generation), so I can only confirm compatibility with apps that fully support this setup.
Please provide the app's full name exactly as it is listed in the app store along with the version number. If you can, please also provide the name of the person or company who makes and provides updates for the app.

release

dates

you’ll choose between two planner terms: Jan – Dec for a standard calendar year or Jul – Jun for a year aligned with the academic calendar

new planners are typically released a little before each cycle begins, giving you time to choose your setup ahead of the new term

design and build timelines vary a bit since I create everything myself, so release dates remain flexible rather than fixed

choose

term

there are two paths people take when choosing their planner term — pick the one that fits your needs right now

picking the term already in motion lets you start planning immediately with no setup, even though the outdated months won’t be used

picking the upcoming term ensures every dated page stays useful — the tradeoff is hand-dating and swiping until the term’s first dated page

this is a decision you’ll only make once — next year, your planner’s end date will naturally align with the start of the following cycle

duplicate an undated page to pair with a dated page for additional layout space instead of using it to span long stretches of time

self-dating undated pages takes time, introduces the risk of mis-dating, and results in sections with swipe-only navigation

purchase

policy

digital files can’t be returned — all purchases are final & refunds are not issued after your download link is generated

take a moment before paying to confirm the planner term, day sequence, and layouts you’ve selected are the ones you actually want

check my list of recommended note-taking apps — if yours is missing, request testing so compatibility is confirmed before you buy

note-taking apps, iPadOS, and your device can affect performance and link response — that’s outside my control

once a price is set for a product, it never changes — newer versions may cost more or less while following the same pricing standards

no pressure; no manipulative psychology; no gimmicks; no tricks; no games; no coupons; no sales; no discounts — just fair & honest pricing 24/7/365
