    My work is protected under copyright and remains the property of Brookebot Digital Design. You may not claim my work or modifications of my work as your own.

    Terms of Use

    My terms of use are very generous; please respect them. There are no restrictions on the type of physical goods allowed for printing and no limit on the number of prints. Extended licenses/rights to my work may be discussed on a case-by-case basis and will require additional fees.

    Personal Use:

    • You may use my work in any way that you wish in your own personal projects that in no way benefit you financially.
    • If you wish to gift a digital file, you must purchase a digital file for each person that will possess the file (including yourself).
    • Under no circumstance should you use my work (modified or unmodified) on digital goods for free distribution and/or sharing.

    Small Business Commercial Use:

    • You may use my work in your own business branding (your logo, business card, website design, social media profile & cover images, letterhead and banners).
    • You may use my work on physical or digital goods for sale where my work consists of less than 50% of the total significant artwork. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, text does not count as significant artwork.
    • You may not sell unmodified digital files (part or whole) originating from my work. Under no circumstance should there be a transfer between you and another person involving unmodified digital files.
    • If you wish to gift a digital file, you must purchase a digital file for each person that will possess the file (including yourself).
    • Under no circumstance should you use my work (modified or unmodified) on digital goods for free distribution and/or sharing.

    Small Business as Defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration:

    • Maximum of 500 employees for most manufacturing and mining industries
    • Maximum of $7 million in average annual receipts for most non-manufacturing industries

    Designers:

    • Designers producing commissioned work must purchase a new file for each client.
    • All work produced by a designer on behalf of another entity, for the purpose of these terms and conditions, must be classified as “items sold for profit”. My work must consist of less than 50% of the total significant artwork.

    Refunds & Exchanges:

    Due to the nature of digital items and/or timed sessions, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance. Please read all details carefully before you decide to make a purchase.
